A qualified chartered surveyor, Ian is responsible for the Asset, Estate and Facilities Management of the £600m plus property portfolio and has overall responsibility for serviced office accommodation.
Stephen has over five years experience within the serviced office sector. Previous to this Stephen spent over ten years within the airline business specialising in customer services and operations. Whilst overseeing existing centres along with his team, Stephen is heavily involved in new centre openings and developing business for Targetspace. Stephen still maintains responsibility for overseeing the sales and operational delivery of accommodation facilities and services across Targetspace’s growing portfolio.
Dawn has many years experience in the business centre world working in centres in the City and Greater London and previously in the hospitality industry. Dawn oversees the two London centres at St Mary Axe and Centre Point. She is responsible for customer satisfaction and the smooth running of the centres, along with management of the on site teams.
Chris joined Targetspace in June 2006 and brings with him over 5 years worth of experience in the serviced office sector- working both for serviced office providers and serviced office brokerage. With overall responsibility for the sales function across the Targetspace London portfolio Chris is at the forefront of all liaison with new and existing clients.
