Targetspace Limited today announces the signing of a 10 year lease at Lion Court in Holborn, London. Paying £42.50 per square foot, Targetspace will occupy 19,000 sq. ft. on three floors of the five-storey building. Rhys Evans of Monmouth Dean acted for Targetspace while Alex Walters of Strutt and Parker acted for landlords The National Housing Federation.
The 280 workstation property, located at 25 Procter Street, WC1V 6NY, will become Targetspace's fifth London based office and a flagship centre following a full refurbishment programme of the three floors. When completed, the new location will offer new offices fitted out to the high standard expected of a serviced office in this location, furnished with British made desks and full air conditioning alongside the latest technology and high speed internet connectivity. The centre will also offer well equipped and newly refurbished meeting rooms.
Targetspace Managing Director Stephen Finnegan comments: "We are extremely pleased to have signed on this fantastic building, in such a prime location - Lion Court is close to both the City and the West End and is well serviced by the London Underground, being only minutes’ walk to Holborn station which is ideal. The refurbishment will be completed by the end of March 2014. This announcement follows the opening of the fourth London serviced office by Targetspace, Hertsmere House at Canary Wharf, in August 2013.
