The benefits of a virtual office 25th May 2016

As the concept of flexible working gains popularity, it is important for traditional serviced office providers to fit with changing trends.
More and more people find the lure of working from home attractive, with freelancers only needing to meet with their clients a few times a month. There is just no need for them to commute to the 'office.'
But the danger is that the client may perceive these homeworkers as being out of touch and remote. That's where the virtual office can come in to play.
No-one need ever know that you are working from your shoffice, when your calls are being answered by a professional receptionist and the office address is in a prestigious location. What better for a freelancers image, and importantly they can get on with the running of their business knowing the administration is in good hands.
When important client meetings need to take place, a good virtual office package will include access to smart meeting rooms, complete with friendly receptionists to meet and greet, IT and audio visual equipment.
If and when a business grows enough to expand in to a physical office, the transition can be made seamlessly with the provider, without the need to change the companies address and business cards.
Overall, it can be a really cost effective way to run a business, whilst retaining a professional edge.
